- The architecture of the Eight Extraordinary Channels and the Five bodies
- The kinetics and architecture of the Chong and Dai.
- Signs, symptoms, imbalance and illness caused by Chong and Dai imbalance
- The Chong and the Dai in relation to psychological and spiritual qualities
- The blessing force and manifesting power of the Chong and the Dai
- The connection of the Dai Mai to the 12 channels of the acupuncture meridian system
- How the Eight Extraordinary Channels are expressed, and can be accessed for diagnosis and treatment, within the hands, the feet and other body zones
- Qigong diagnosis, muscle testing, postural analysis, symptom analysis and Shen diagnosis to understand the condition of the Chong and the Dai
- Specific Qigong exercises to work with the Chong Mai and the Dai Mai
