In this workshop we will explore the mental and emotional components of the internal organs, glands, joints, energy centers and Chakras.
• Using Shen-Gong meditation techniques we will attune to, and dialog with the Hun and Po, the mindful and instinctive aspects of consciousness resident in the essential organ structures of the body.
• Through Shen clearing exercises, we will heal as we learn the associations to the positive and negative aspects of consciousness resident in the essential organ structures.
• There will be demonstrations of tracing the Shen components of illnesses, symptoms, accidents etc.
• Practical Component: Partner exercises that introduce healing methods to unravel the negative Shen energies bound in the body. You can apply these techniques in your healing practice.
