In this seminar we will explore through lecture, partner exercises, group exercises and inner meditation the anatomy of the Shen. This will better enable us to understand and address the Shen energy in our patients’ healing process
Course Description:
In this seminar we will explore through lecture, partner exercises, group exercises and inner meditation the different components of the Shen. This will better enable us to understand and address the Shen energy in our patients’ healing process.
Course Outcomes/Student Competencies:
After completing this course, participants will have a deeper understanding of the components of the Shen. Students will gain experience of working with the Shen in a variety of clinical cases.

10 AM - 11 AM Qigong
11 AM - 12:30 PM Outline of constitutionality and typology.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Shen – Gong exercises to explore these Shen-body aspects of constitutionality and typology
2:30 PM - 4 PM Fundamental emotions and their inter-relationship with the Zang Fu organs – lecture and partner exercises
4 PM - 5:30 PM Practice of the clinical applications
